Davidson 30 - "Shades" in APPLECROSS, Western Australia for sale

Our broker could not believe it when we listed "Shades" with him at $22,000. She is worth more than that, we were told - but it is not easy selling a yacht in Perth. Now with the price reduction (again) "Shades" is worth more in parts than as a great racing yacht! We would prefer you keep racing her, but we need to sell!

New Dacron #1 June 2010 (barely used), Good Spectra Main and #3, Mylar #2 3 spinnakers, #4 and storm jibs. Kubota diesel 15hp, engine mounts and universal joint replaced 2009.
